Property Manager

Due to internal promotion, theyre seeking a confident Block Manager to oversee a local portfolio of leasehold blocks in Hampshire. This position offers the opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where your contributions will be recognised, your ideas welcomed, and your work will play an important role in delivering excellent service to their clients and residents. Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include: Preparing and managing service charge budgets Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor management Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance Attending AGMs and residents meetings Liaising with Leaseholders, Freeholders, RMC Directors and contractors Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and lease terms Working closely with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service The ideal candidate will have: Experience in residential block/estate management Ideally ATPI status, but just a willingness to work towards this will be considered Strong communication skills and a proactive approach Confidence in setting budgets, chairing AGMs and managing Section 20 processes For more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Connectus Recruitment team.
