Plant Supervisor

Job Title: Factory Operations and Supply Chain CoordinatorWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our factory team, responsible for raw material planning, manufacturing operations, and distribution of finished products. This role involves operating a state-of-the-art factory and managing daily logistics, including raw material deliveries and fleet scheduling. You will also maintain direct contact with our customer base, ensuring top-tier service for product delivery and equipment servicing.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate advanced manufacturing systems and plant equipment, developing skills in plant operation and team leadership.Plan production schedules, order raw materials, and oversee the manufacturing process to meet order demands.Lead and supervise production, delivery, and service teams, ensuring high standards of service and quality assurance in line with certified procedures.Essential Job RequirementsStrong work ethic and commitment.Proficiency in computer literacy and excellent communication skills.Valid UK driving license.Working Hours Monday to Friday, alternating weekly shifts: Morning 06:00 - 14:30 / Afternoon 13:30 - 22:00.Additional training will be provided by the company.Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Our client champions diversity, equality, and inclusion, recognizing that a diverse workforce fosters innovation and progress.
