Production Manager

Production Manager 55k65k Southampton Production Manager required by a fast-growing SME that designs, manufactures, tests, and calibrates advanced sensor-based mechanical and electrical assemblies - supporting the water industry worldwide. The role involves leading a skilled team, improving processes for quality and efficiency, and helping the business achieve key ISO accreditations. The role: Lead and develop a small, experienced production team. Improve processes in manufacturing, testing, and calibration. Collaborate with design and engineering on productionisation. Drive continuous improvement across quality, cost, and delivery. About you: Manufacturing, testing, and/or calibration background (sensor experience a plus). Mechanical or electrical engineering knowledge (degree desirable). Proven track record in raising quality standards and streamlining operations. Familiar with ISO 9001; awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001.
