To achieve this, the GLC offers students the opportunity to take part in human, non-human, and environmental law clinics. As such, the GLC is not simply about providing students with practical legal experience, but to teach students to reflect upon issues such as ethical dilemmas and the impact of law on society.We intend to strengthen our national and global partnerships with law firms, NGOs, and university law clinics. We also intend to further develop our clinical legal education initiative.The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or soon to qualify and be eligible for a practising certificate.
