Liberty Recruitment Group are absolutely delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client to gain an HR Manager on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a newly created, standalone role is 25 to 30 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days. They can be flexible with start/finish times to suit personal preferences. Reporting into a very supportive MD and sitting on the management team, the HR Manager will support Line Managers in effectively managing and developing their teams, to achieve the business goals. Some of your HR Manager duties will include: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance, accurate records, and a positive new starter experience. Maintain up-to-date people policies aligned with employment law and ACAS guidance. Support managers with performance, conduct, and absence issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Oversee appraisals and 1:1s, ensuring goals and development plans align with business objectives. Coordinate training and ensure completion of agreed development actions. Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers. Recommend and implement initiatives to improve the employee and manager experience across the business. You will come with a strong generalist background as well as being a natural with stakeholder management. You will be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified and have knowledge of HR systems, if you have experience using Sage HR even better! You will be values led, pro-active and have excellent time management skills. You will have the ability to work with a sense of urgency both independently and as part of a team. This HR Manager role is situated on the outskirts of the New Forest and is predominately office based. In return you will be offered a salary up to 40k (FTE) with a holiday allowance of up to 24 days, plus bank-holidays, company bonus and additional benefits, such as pension and sick pay.
