Community Care Worker (Female Driver) Southampton Home Care Support Worker / Domiciliary Care Assistant Flexible rota-based shifts available Monday to Sunday, including evenings and alternate weekends. We are recruiting Female Community Care Assistants with a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle to provide high-quality domiciliary care in the local community. Essential Requirements Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement Equality Act 2010) Full, valid UK driving licence Access to your own vehicle with business insurance Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) Must live locally to Southampton area No previous care experience required full training provided. Experience in care, support work, healthcare, or domiciliary care is advantageous but not essential.
