Theyre investing heavily in modern analytics, automation, and customer insight, this role sits right at the centre of that transformation.THE ROLEAs Data Visualisation Manager, youll own the roadmap for self-serve analytics and automated data workflows across the business. This team is responsible for giving every function access to clean, usable insight that drives smarter decisions.Youll lead on everything from dashboarding to workflow automation, partnering with cross-functional teams to build well-designed, reliable, and scalable data products. This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone who can code, communicate, and coach in equal measure.WHAT YOULL BE DOINGDesigning and scaling the suite of customer-focused dashboards that power decision-making across the organisationDriving the build-out of automated workflows and data pipelines using cloud tooling (e.g. Databricks, Airflow) and the Microsoft Power PlatformShaping the direction of analytics architecture and ensuring data products align with broader Group standardsEmpowering store teams with access to trustworthy, controlled customer insightOwning prioritisation and delivering against a strategic roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term foundationsManaging and developing a team of analysts, creating a culture centred around curiosity, collaboration, and experimentationWorking closely with stakeholders across Customer, Digital, Finance, Group Data, and other banners to translate business challenges into analytical solutionsBringing fresh thinking from the wider retail and tech landscape to elevate analytics capabilityYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEYoull need:Strong experience across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Deep knowledge of data visualisation principles and storytelling best practiceConfident SQL abilityExperience working with cloud analytics platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQueryBackground delivering automated workflows or pipelines using tools like Airflow or DatabricksPrevious experience leading teams within agile frameworks, managing priorities, and working closely with stakeholdersStrong understanding of data governance, version control, and modern development practices (CI/CD, GitHub, etc.)Experience using Jira/Confluence (or similar) for planning and documentationCommercial awareness and a track record of translating data into tangible business outcomesA clear communication style with the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives
