Job Description M&E Bid ManagerWe have an excellent opportunity for an M&E Bid Manager / Pre-Construction Manager to join a well established M&E contractor based in Southampton. The business oeprates nationally, servicing tier 1 and 2 main contractors across the country. Project sectors include education, custodial, residential, defence and health. As a result of continued growth within the business, they're now looking for an M&E Bid Manager to join the team, with an electrical bias. This person will have come from an Estimating background. About the role of M&E Bid Manager:As M&E Bid Manager, you will be required to tender for electrical projects whilst managing the entire bid process / team. It will be essential you come from an Electrical Estimating background. Key Responsibilities: Pricing electrical works Co-ordinating the wider pre-construction team to pull together compelling bids Leading client interviews and maintaining relationships Attending pre-start meetings Work winningKey Requirements for this M&E Bid Manager role: MUST have an electrical bias and have experience within estimatingBe comfortable leading the pre-construction team and managing peopleBe comfortable client facingLive within commutable distance to Southampton.MUST have the full right to work in the UKWhats on offer for this role: Salary: Up to 75k Company Car / Car Allowance Comprehensive benefits package 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Excellent flexi benefits This is a fantastic opportunity for a M&E Bid Manager to join an established M&E business with a busy forward order book and a strong presence in the region.
