Contracts Manager Commercial Refurbishments Location: Hampshire (Projects across the South of England) Sector: Commercial Refurbishment Hospitality (Pubs & Restaurants) Our client is an established and well-respected contractor based in Hampshire , specialising in commercial refurbishment projects within the hospitality sector , including pubs, bars, and restaurants. Due to multiple recent contract wins , they are experiencing sustained growth and now have a busy and expanding pipeline of work across the South of England . As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The Role: As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple live projects across the South of England Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and programme requirements Client liaison and maintaining strong working relationships Commercial awareness including cost control and variations Supporting continued business growth through consistent project delivery Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within commercial refurbishment Strong hospitality sector experience (pubs, restaurants, bars, leisure) Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills Full UK driving licence Relevant construction qualifications (preferred) What's on Offer: Opportunity to join a growing, well-established contractor Long-term role with consistent pipeline of work Competitive salary and package (dependent on experience) Projects across the South of England with a Hampshire base If you may be interested, and would like to get in touch, please apply within or contact Tom at Interaction Construction 02392 706621 / 07896897806 INDC TPBN1_UKTJ
