Industrial Roofing Contracts Manager Southampton Salary DOE A respected Industrial Roofing and Cladding contractor based in Southampton is searching for a Contacts Manager to join their team. The business has been operating for over 15 years and have worked on impressive projects such as Gatwick Airport, supermarkets, and schools. They are now seeking an additional Contracts Manager with roofing experience who can play a pivotal role in their business. The contract manager who provides the initial quotation for the job also supervises the work through to completion and personally leads the handover meeting with clients upon completion. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys, liaising with clients, controlling projects, project administration, working closely and supporting senior management. You will also manage RAMS, Health & Safety, site diaries, guarantees, job sheets and purchasing.
