This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a modern and growing firm.The RoleYou’ll play a key role in providing secretarial and administrative support to our solicitors and fee earners. Your duties will include:Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence. Managing diaries and scheduling appointments. Handling file opening/closing and compliance procedures. Liaising with clients and third parties. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems. Audio typing.About YouWe are looking for someone who has:Previous experience in a legal secretary role. Excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail. A professional and friendly manner, with good client care skills. Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to work.
