Job Description Location: HampshireSalary: Up to 35KHours:Hybrid working- Requirement towork in the office at least 2 daysper month. Initial training provided. Eventually you will have your own client base to manage and will be responsible for quoting and selling parts to your clients as well as assistingother clients as and when required. You will also send Purchase Order requests and updatethem with shipping details etc.The successful Internal Account Managerwill have:Aerospace aftermarket experience (understanding of the maintenance, repair, overhaul services, upgrades and support side of the aerospace industry)Knowledge of Quantum software is essentialConsumables and expendables experience is beneficial but not essential2-3 years of experience as a Sales Associate or Sales ExecutiveWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to hit the ground running,multitask and work under pressure with accuracyAbility to demonstrate strong customer service attitude and demeanorStrong attention to detailMultilingual is a plusThe successful Internal Account Manager is responsible for the following:Processing customer ordersPreparing and issuing customer quotations via email and telephoneBeing able to upsellSelecting the correct stock in accordance with quotes raised and customer needsLiaising with the credit control department regarding account statusLiaising with the purchasing team regarding lead times and updating customers with any changes in the order statusHandling shipmentsWorking with the rest of the sales team to achieve monthly KPIsEnsuring a high standard of customer service is achievedBuilding good workingrelationships with customersEnsuring incoming calls are answered promptly and redirected as necessaryProviding customers with the technical information requiredIdentifying opportunities to extend the companies support to new and existing customersParticipatingin continuous improvement opportunities, in particular suggesting changes to internal processes which will increase efficiency and/or the level of service to customersJBRP1_UKTJ
