CNC Setter / Operator - Milling

If so, please read on.We are currently recruiting a CNC Setter/Operator to operate and set parts and components programmed in CAM, to be manufactured on 5 Axis CNC Machines.Benefits:Salary up to 32,000Private medical insurance after 6 month probationaryPension: 5% employee, 3% employerDiscretionary annual bonusHoliday: 31 days (inclusive of bank holidays)Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday - 8:30am to 4:00pmDuties & Responsibilities:Operating and setting of HAAS 3 and 5 AxisSetting tooling / work-holding for jobsOperating CNC machines, ensuring parts are to drawing and making any adjustments necessary to program.Changing out jobs, material and tooling for productionCleaning and de-burring components from machining ready for inspection.Managing day-to-day production activitiesProducing components efficiently to the required standardsEnsuring aspects of machine shop such as tooling, work holding and planning are continually developedStock control and material orderingSkills/Experience Required:Minimum of three years proven experience in a similar role/similar industry essentialHAAS / Fanuc experience, however other experience will be consideredComprehensive experience with 5 Axis machiningQuoting machining time and component costingExperience with machining various materials such as Aluminium, Mild steel and Stainless steelExperience using cavity and custom form toolsInterviews taking place immediately, please apply todayJBRP1_UKTJ
