As such, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead and shape the next chapter of their commercial success.The OpportunityDevelop and execute a high-performance sales strategy aligned to ambitious growth objectivesLead and inspire an external Business Development and Key Account Management teamOversee commercial, sales operations, service and marketing functions to ensure alignment and market impactStrengthen and expand OEM and distribution channel partnerships globallyIdentify new markets, routes to market and commercial opportunitiesBuild a high-performance, accountable and results-driven sales cultureThis is a pivotal, senior-influencing leadership role with full responsibility for driving revenue growth and profitability across the UK and international markets.
