This is a handson leadership role with responsibility for shaping the organisations commercial direction, driving revenue growth and supporting the senior leadership team.The SkillsThe ideal candidate will bring experience from relevant technical, industrial or serviceled markets, combined with a track record of setting commercial strategy and delivering growth. Experience across preacquisition or privateequityinfluenced environments is advantageous. The role requires full onsite presence in South Yorkshire, with regular UK travel.Strong commercial acumen, solutionled selling capability, and proven success leading and developing sales teams. A datadriven, customerfocused approach, with the ability to influence internally and externally.
