Production SupervisorReady to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.- Food Manufacturing Location: Ashford Hours: 6:00am- 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday (Friday overtime 1.25x) Salary: 33,000 per year (DOE) Our client, a fast-paced food manufacturing business, is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead production teams, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Lead and support production teams to achieve daily targets Ensure compliance with health 'safety, food safety, and GMP standards Manage production KPIs, staffing, and documentation Liaise with Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to maintain smooth operations Support continuous improvement initiatives and NPD trials Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in food manufacturing or FMCG Food Safety Level 2 Strong knowledge of food production practices and quality standards Excellent organisational, leadership, xjdpvnf and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
