Director of Merchandising

We’re partnering with a high-growth, founder-led fashion & lifestyle brand as they enter a key phase of international expansion.This is a pivotal, Director-level hire, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the senior leadership team, with full ownership of the global merchandising strategy.You’ll be responsible for:Leading merchandising at both a strategic and hands-on levelDriving international expansion, adapting ranges across key European marketsWorking closely with product teams to shape a globally relevant assortmentBringing structure, pace, and clarity to a fast-moving, scaling environmentActing as a key bridge between product, planning, and commercial functionsWe’re looking for someone who:Has built and scaled merchandising functions from the ground up, not just operated within established structuresBrings experience within a high-growth fashion or lifestyle brand, ideally in a founder-led environmentHas exposure to international markets (EU essential)Is comfortable navigating ambiguity, pace, and evolving ways of workingIs already operating at Director level, with credibility at C-suite / founder levelThis is a rare opportunity to shape the merchandising function of a brand entering its next stage of growth.
