NB: Driving Licence required. Based out of Chepstow, Wales. You will be working on customer sites countrywide and be away from home Monday to Thursday. Daily food and accommodation paid.Main Duties/responsibilitiesSite Equipment De-installationsUnloading of equipment from site vansPhysical de-installation of telecoms equipment.Recovery of redundant cable systemsDe-installation of infrastructure such as unistrut, cable tray and basket.Moving equipment to staging area / loading bays.Loading equipment onto vans / lorriesAssist with Deliveries & Collections Delivery of equipment & consumables to work siteDelivery of equipment to clients’ sitesCollect equipment from clients’ sitesRack collectionsDelivery of equipment to recycle centresMovement of equipment to TXO warehousesDetailing AssetsRecord serial numbers of stock items.Assist with stock takes and inventory countingPrepare stock for recyclingPrepare stock for transport to warehouseLabelling stock itemsYouIndependent worker but good team playerPhysical strength and ability to safely handle equipment; some of which can be very heavy requiring two people or lifting equipmentAbility to work under own initiative, whilst meeting the standards of the company’s documented quality and environmental systemsAbility to work away from home Monday to FridayPC skills, especially Word and ExcelCar driverAble to be away from home Mon-Thurs on occassions*Please note this role requires a basic disclosure check*Rewards£24,000 -£29,000 basic salaryDaily subsistence allowance for breakfasts and evening mealsPaid hotel accommodation Monday to Thursday nightOvertime is available when authorised in advance25 days plus bank holidaysNo weekend workPensionLife AssuranceTablet & Mobile Phone providedFull tool kit providedSecure parking here at Chepstow for when away Monday to FridayUniform provided (safety boots, trousers, polo shirts, fleece jackets, coats)
