My client, an NHS organisation in the South East of England, is currently recruiting for a Business/Project HR Manager. The role is offered on a fixed term and full time basis until 31st March 2026. The successful candidate will have knowledge or qualifications within project management, a demonstrable background in HR operations and change, with experience in the NHS ideally. Essential Key Skills and ExperienceHR experience, CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the NHS, healthcare or public sector spaceProject management qualification or experience and knowledge of Prince 2 or MSP methodologiesOperational experience with the ability to manage diaries, meetings, operational requests, project plans and take minutesExcellent Microsoft skills particularly Excel, MS Teams and MS projectThe ability to work on your own initiative and with a reactive pace Knowledge of Oracle/similar NHS systems would be an advantage
