Tool Assembler

We are representing a well-established company in the precision engineering sector, seeking a skilled technician to ensure the correct issue, maintenance, and storage of tooling to support seamless production operations. Key Responsibilities: Issue and manage tooling effectively across production departments. Conduct first-off inspections in line with operating procedures. Identify and report deficiencies related to production methods and tolerances. Maintain a safe and organised tooling area under 6S standards. Replace and maintain tooling parts as required. Ensure continuous tooling availability for production teams. Support all departments with tooling requirements. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in using measuring equipment, grinding machines, lathes, and milling machines. Experience with the heat treatment process. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards. Commitment to driving continuous improvement in a production setting.TPBN1_UKTJ
