Service Planner

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Service Planner to coordinate and organize maintenance activities, ensuring operational readiness and efficient execution of planned and reactive works.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring resources, materials, and tools are ready for execution.Coordinate procurement, logistics, and inventory to support maintenance activities.Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and standard operating procedures.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets.Requirements:Proven experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or project management.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based planning tools.Proactive, safety-focused mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.Location: Port of Tyne, South ShieldsContract: 12-month fixed-termApply now to join a dynamic team supporting critical maintenance operations and driving operational excellence.
