Job DescriptionBIM Manager Cleanrooms South ShieldsWe are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a BIM Manager to help further develop their growth.ResponsibilitiesBIM Coordination & Clash DetectionLead and manage the coordination process across disciplines using BIM tools, ensuring clash detection and resolution to maintain smooth workflows and avoid on-site issues.Model Management & ComplianceOversee the development and maintenance of federated models, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 19650, BS EN 1090) and project-specific cleanroom requirements.Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationAct as the main point of contact for BIM-related queries, liaising between design consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment across teamsData & Documentation ControlMaintain accurate and up-to-date BIM documentation, drawings, and data outputs to support procurement, construction, and handover phases of the cleanroom project.Training & SupportProvide BIM training and ongoing support to project team members to ensure best practices are followed and digital tools are used effectively across the project.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience in a BIM Manager or Coordinator role, preferably within high-spec environments such as cleanrooms, laboratories, or healthcare facilities.Advanced knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC) and strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and UK BIM Framework protocols.Must have UK Passport or RTW in the UKBenefits60,000 - 70,000 + BenefitsJBRP1_UKTJ
