Assistant Site manager/Finishing Foreman Housing Assistant Site Manager South Queensferry ASAP-End of the year Umbrella PAYE ONLY The Client Our Client are a leading 5-star house-building company supplying affordable homes across the United Kingdom. They are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Finishing Foreman for their project in South Queensferry. The Role Working on a New Build housing site in south Queensferry you will be required to oversee and manage the Finishing/Snagging works on site to ensure the properties are ready for hand over back to the Client. May need to occasionally pick up tools to support Reporting to the Site Manager, as the Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for: Entering domestic properties to inspect the works and check for snagging works to be completed Assigning snagging works required to respective trades on site Checking the quality of Finishing & Snagging works First Line of command for all trades and labour on site Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are being followed Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget Feeding back progress reports to the Management team Helping to complete any snagging works required Sign off completed properties with the Site Manager Requirements The successful candidate will ideally come from a Trades background as you may be expected to jump on the tools if required. You must have a proven minimum of 2 years' experience of working at Finishing Foreman level You must have a SMSTS & CSCS Card & First Aid Benefits Job until the end of the year Umbrella PAYE ONLY The opportunity of working with a leading 5-star house-building company This Finishing Foreman role is to start ASAP and is ongoing.
