Production Operative

Production Operative , 27,146 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, great benefits, Monday to Friday 6am - 2:10pm, Permanent, near South Petherton. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join one of the leading employers in the region. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the production process and work closely with the team to achieve the best results. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards and required specifications. Reading and comprehending manufacturing instructions accurately and using the in-house IT system. Ensuring production lines run at full capacity while maintaining quality standards. Taking prompt action to address faults and identify issues. We are looking for an experienced Production Operative with a background in a busy production environment. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Packages. Prior experience in manufacturing or production. Effective written and verbal communication skills. An interest in machinery and troubleshooting.
