Location: Solihull, WestMidlands Hours:Full time, Permanent. As a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, youwilloversee the installation of the Mechanical elements on yourassignedproject. What canyou expect to be doing? Ensure all works comply with Kier standards, UK law, andproject requirements, focusing on safety, quality, and statutorycompliance. Collaborate with design teams andclients to optimise designs for efficient, safe, and compliantconstruction. Manage project controlsincluding change, risk, opportunity, and qualityassurance Lead and support project teammembers by setting clear expectations, managing performance, andworking within the Kier "one team" approach.Deliver within agreed time frames and budgets, ensuringsuccessful outcomes in line with commercial and qualitytargets. Maintain necessary appointments andaccurate records, especially for mechanical works, and demonstratesound decision-making aligned with commercial priorities Whatare we looking for? You will be technically astute in Mechanical Services andsafety and hold a relevant industry accreditedqualification You will have CSCS and SMSTSaccreditation as a minimum Ideally you willhave experience of overseeing the Mechanical Services installationon large scale construction projects.
