Senior Quantity Surveyor

Avellio are currently partnering with a scaling finance business and recruiting on their behalf for an experienced RICS certified Quantity Surveyor to join the business as their first senior inhouse QS.This opportunity will suit an experienced quantity surveyor who has experience managing multiple projects and wants to join a small, scaling business as the first QS, core responsibilities will be travelling to sites and managing a variety of residential projects across England and Wales, managing budgets, oversee the tendering process, cost control and making sure the quality and legal standards are met.
