Senior Insight Manager – Customer & Market InsightSalary: £55,000 to £60,000 plus bonus and share schemeLocation: Hybrid, with two days a week in their midlands office If you're an insight specialist ready to shape strategy, not just report on it, this could be your next move.A growing financial services organisation is looking for a Senior Insight Manager to lead on customer and market understanding. This is a newly created role, giving you the chance to build something from the ground up and work with senior leaders who genuinely value insight.What you'll be doingLead customer and market insight, including segmentation, behaviour and competitor benchmarkingCommission and conduct primary research, both quantitative and qualitativeTurn data into clear, compelling stories through newsletters, workshops and insight sessionsBuild strong relationships across marketing, product and financeChallenge assumptions and bring clarity where internal myths may have taken holdWhat we’re looking for5 to 10+ years’ experience in insight, either agency or client-sideStrong communicator who’s confident leading agencies and presenting findingsSkilled at bringing together research, data and storytelling to shape decisionsExperience in customer segmentation, brand or behavioural insightConfident working cross-functionally, especially with marketing and analyticsComfortable working in a structured, regulated environmentTools and experienceSolid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups etc)Used to working alongside BI or analytics teams (you won’t need to code)Experience with tools like Talkwalker or running face-to-face qualitative sessions is a bonusWhat’s on offerSalary between £50,000-55,000.Bonus scheme and up to 10 percent pension contributionHybrid working, two days a week in the Solihull office25 days holiday, plus your birthday off and extra days at Christmas.
