We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business for an experienced TIG Welder to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Salary: 29,725 Day shifts only no weekends Hours of work: Mon to Thurs 7am to 4pm, Fri 7am 12pm Location: Solihull Immediate start available Responsibilities Carry out TIG welding on aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel. Work to engineering drawings and procedures. Inspect own work to ensure high quality and accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement and workshop efficiency. Requirements: Proven TIG welding experience (aluminium 'stainless steel essential). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices. Fabrication/fitting experience (advantageous).
