Job DescriptionSocial Media ManagerSolihull 2 days per week in officeUp to 50,000+ excellent benefitsWere delighted to be working with this financial services business based in Solihull as they look to find a super-star Social Media Manager.This is a brand-new role within their new marketing team structure and offers you the opportunity to really make your mark on the business!Youll be responsible for developing and delivering a brand-new social media strategy that will elevate the brand and their products to an audience that hadnt previously been tapped into. With 80% of the role being focused on B2C customers, youll have the knowledge to advise and lead on the correct social media platforms to use, the content and creative elements required and will manage agency relationships and inhouse teams to deliver a first-class social media plan!Experience and skills needed to be successful:Previous experience within a social media role, where you have developed social media strategy and used customer understanding and business requirements to scope out the correct content on the correct platforms.Strong understanding of multiple social channels- paid and organic, including Meta, TikTok, You Tube, LinkedIn.A creative eye and experience of briefing creative content requirements to the creative studio.Experience in managing relationships with third party agencies.Create and deliver social media content calendar.Experience of delivering paid social campaigns.Responsible for analysing and reporting on all social media activity and using this to inform and change future campaigns.Experience of using tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, Hootesuite.This is an exciting role in a business that are looking to develop and grow, utilising data to inform decisions and future opportunities.
