Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Project Manager (MEP) to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical on a new project in the West Midlands.nOur MEP business works internally, delivering MEP solutions alongside the regional construction team across a range of sectors.nnLocation: Solihull, West MidlandsnContract: Full-time, Permanent. Ask us about other flexible options.nnWhat will you be responsible for?nAs a Senior Project Manager (MEP) you will sit within the MEP business unit.nThe Senior Project Manager (MEP) will be accountable for:nnManaging project delivery from initial bid stage to completion.nMeeting company objectives post-contract.nInput into pre-contract requirements focusing on customer care and business excellence.nnFurther key responsibilities will include:nnIdentify and manage project risks with effective mitigation measures.nManage procurement and delivery of subcontractor and supplier packages.nEnsure compliance with project quality management procedures by the supply chain.nOversee the MEP delivery team including QA, design, procurement, commercial, installation, commissioning, subcontractors, and suppliers.nImplement and comply with Kier's SHE policy, procedures, legal requirements, and best practices.nnWhat are we looking for?nnPrevious Project Management experience within the Construction industry.nA sound knowledge and technical understanding of MEP systems.nCommercially and Contractually aware.nThe ability to lead a team and drive a project forward.nnnWe're all about finding potential here at Kier, andtransferrable skills are always welcome!
