Design Manager - Water

Your new company Our client, a Tier 1 contractor operating in the water industry, is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team in the West Midlands on a 6-month contract. Adopting a hybrid working model, you will split your time between site offices, 3 days a week, and home 2 days a week. Your new role Identify design scope and deliverables Review and challenge of the design programme Management of design deliverables Challenge design solutions to ensure DfMA and loq carbon solutions which meet the clients' affordability challenges Support the framework nominated principal designer Coordination and management of the project BIM strategy. What you'll need to succeed HNC/HND or degree in a relevant engineering discipline Good communication and collaboration skills Good technical understanding of water and wastewater processes and asset types Experience and knowledge of CDM (2015) Regulations.
