Job Description Sales Administrator - Dealing with customers on phone | Admin for quotes and orders | Chasing quotationsInitial 3 month temp; then go permanent12.85 per hour7.5 hours per day (37.5 per week)Role OverviewWe are hiring an Sales Administrator to provide support to a seamless customer experience and to pursue sales opportunities. The role requires someone with aptitude to work with new systems and a strong concentration to ensure attention to detail. The position will report directly to the Sales Administration Manager and is an office-based role at the head office in Solihull (West Midlands). The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and supportive team. Training and career development will be provided to the right individual.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling customer enquiries and correspondence via email and telephone.Producing and amending quotations for the Sales Team and customers.Following up on customer leads and chasing quotations where appropriateReceiving and processing customer orders. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining and updating sales and customer records.Promoting a positive customer experience.Sales team for quotes, orders and reportingCustomers for quote or order clarificationQualifications & ExperienceAdministrative and data entry experience.Experience working with in a customer focused environment would be preferred. Competent IT (Word, Excel and Outlook)Keen attention to detail and accuracy.Motivation and ability to learn tasks quickly and work as part of a team.Good communication and relationship skills.Good organization skills to meet daily and weekly deadlines.Ability to handle change in a fast-paced environment.
