You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team on shift to meet production, quality, and safety targets while driving continuous improvement on the line.Key Responsibilities:* Lead, motivate and manage a production team to meet daily output and quality targets* Ensure health 'safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are followed at all times* Monitor team performance and support individual development plans* Maintain clear and effective communication during and between shifts* Support shift KPI delivery across efficiency, waste, quality, and attendance* Investigate non-conformances and contribute to performance reviews and daily meetings* Maintain accurate production records and shift documentation* Coordinate smooth shift handovers* Raise people-related concerns with management and HR as requiredSkills & Experience* Experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing or similar environment* Strong leadership and communication skills* Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and food safety standards* Comfortable working with performance metrics a...
