They’ve built full-funnel campaigns for some of the most ambitious and fast-scaling companies in the world, spanning fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming, and B2B.They operate a fully integrated model where creative isn’t siloed, it’s central to how they drive performance. Increasingly, clients are trusting them with end-to-end ownership of both strategy and creative execution, which has created a strong demand for sharp, culturally aware copywriters who can produce work that performs as well as it reads.They are now looking for a Junior Creative Copywriter to join the team.This is a brilliant opportunity for emerging creatives to work on innovative, performance-led B2C and B2B campaigns across Fintech, Ecommerce, Gaming, Saas, Mobile, B2B, Tech, Financial Services, Crypto, and Health brands.The OpportunityThis is a role for a writer who doesn’t just execute briefs, but actively improves them. Someone who understands how language behaves differently across platforms, and who is excited by the challenge of writing for attention, culture, and conversion all at once.You’ll work across a wide variety of outputs, from paid social ads and landing pages to video scripts, campaign concepts, UGC briefs, and broader brand messaging. You’ll be supported by senior creatives and strategists, but expected to contribute ideas and develop your own voice from the outset.What You’ll Be DoingWrite platform-native copy across paid social, landing pages, email, video scripts, UGC briefs, and campaign assetsTranslate briefs and strategy into clear, compelling, high-performing creative ideasContribute actively to brainstorming and concept development sessionsWrite scripts and narrative structures for short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platformsDevelop messaging that balances cultural relevance with performance objectivesStay closely connected to internet culture, trends, creators, memes, and emerging formats—and apply that understanding to your workCollaborate with designers, motion specialists, strategists, and growth teams to bring campaigns to lifeTake feedback on board quickly and iterate without egoSupport senior creatives on larger campaign and concept work, developing your craft in high-performance environmentsAbout YouAround 2–3 years’ experience in a copywriting or creative role within an agencyA strong portfolio demonstrating real client work and commercial copywriting abilityA natural writer with a flexible tone of voice able to switch between sharp, witty, emotional, or authoritative as neededStrong awareness of digital culture and how content travels onlineDeep understanding of how tone, structure, and format change across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTubeComfortable writing for both brand storytelling and performance marketingCurious, proactive, and motivated by producing high-impact creative workCollaborative, low-ego, and open to feedbackComfortable using Google Workspace and presenting ideas clearly (basic visual layout skills a plus)Nice to HaveExperience writing for paid social or performance-driven campaignsExposure to UGC or creator-led contentExperience scripting or storyboarding video contentInterest in AI tools and how they’re changing creative workflowsIf you’re a junior creative Copywriter looking for an exciting new role, I’d love to hear from you.
