Technical Event ProducerLocation: Staines, TW18 4TWRate: £385 per dayDuration: 12 monthsWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Event Producer to lead the development and execution of live events globally within a dynamic production team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing events from start to finish, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences for employees.You will oversee all aspects of event production, including scope and requirements gathering, budgeting, resource management (internal and external), and day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of production technologies and experience in scaling events within large corporate environments with a global footprint is essential.Key Responsibilities:Manage and produce multiple large-scale events each quarter across EMEA and APAC regions.Drive event expansion into new markets and geographies globally.Contribute to the ideation and development of event strategies, platforms, and processes.Identify and address service gaps to ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience.Align event messaging and branding with corporate communications and marketing strategies.Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Develop and manage project budgets, external vendors, and contractors.Build and maintain internal partnerships and cross-functional processes.Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions.Knowledge of Tech: VMIX, Video signal workflow, data IP connectivity, lighting DMX, audio Datne, Cameras, F marks, broadcast, fibre
