They are accountable for for stock management within the store. Supporting the day-to-day operations of the boutique and working along side high-performing teams, and delivering a refined and luxurious client experience in line with Longchamp’s heritage and values.Values & CultureLongchamp embraces five core values:Elegance – Providing a refined and polished customer experienceAuthenticity – Acting with honesty and professionalismCreativity – Encouraging innovation and fresh thinkingQuality – Striving for excellence in service and productSustainability – Committing to thoughtful, responsible business practicesAs a Stock Manager, you are expected to foster a culture of performance, inclusivity, client-centricity, and continuous growth within the boutique.Key Stock ResponsibilitiesTo manage all stock deliveries Organizing and monitoring inventories, ensuring efficient levels maintainedTo ensure stock merchandise is kept in pristine condition, correctly priced and ticketedTo conduct weekly Stock countsChecking stocks at opening and closingTo ensure all merchandise is correctly ticketed and security taggedTo ensure all stock areas are maintained to a high levelProtect stock from loss or damageTo assist in conducting regular stock takes as and when requested by Head Office.To assist the Store Manager in all other duties in all aspects of the smooth running of the StoreTo provide a basic Report to outline actions and strategy of inventory managementTo execute all other retail activities requested by the Head Office teamKnow and follow all company policies and procedures. Team Leadership & DevelopmentTo manage and help develop the Stock Room Assistant and ensure tasks completed and feedback givenTo cover your colleagues and management holidays, supporting with morning briefs as and when requested to do so by your Manager. Plus keyholder for the store.To be the first point of contact in the stockroom for the retail team. To support the team and train on stockroom functions as and when required..To provide regular feedback to the management team.Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with operational, HR, Health and safety, security, and loss prevention policiesOversee stock management, deliveries, inventory accuracy, and shrinkageLead store audits and ensure all operational procedures are properly followedSkills & Qualifications4+ years of progressive stock experience in luxury or premium retail.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.Strong commercial and operational acumenProficiency in stock systems and retail management toolsExcellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skillsFluent in English (additional languages a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Person SpecificationVisionary and empowering leader who leads by exampleStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrityAdaptable, composed, and able to manage change effectivelyStrategic thinker with attention to detail and strong execution skillsEnergetic, collaborative, and performance-drivenLongchamp is committed to fostering inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environments, recognising the value of a diverse workforce in driving innovation and performance.
