Due to continued growth in the data centre sector, they are looking to bring on an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead major projects in London, the South East, and the Home Counties.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a high-impact role, with the chance to manage either multiple concurrent projects or one high-profile Grade A project valued at £100m+.The RoleThis is a key senior position requiring both site-based leadership and strategic planning. The role will involve a 50/50 split between on-site presence and project meetings/scheduling, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and client-side representatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFull cradle-to-grave project management, from pre-construction to handoverManaging subcontractors and overseeing all MEP package deliveryEnsuring compliance with all HSEQ requirementsBuilding and maintaining project schedules – MS Project experience is ideal, but theoretical planning knowledge is essentialReporting to senior leadership and client stakeholdersTravel to and between sites across London and the South EastIdeal Candidate Profile15–20 years in the electrical industry, ideally starting from the toolsBackground with a Tier 1 MEP contractorStrong commercial and contractual awarenessProven experience delivering mission-critical or data centre projectsSkilled at managing complex packages and coordinating multiple disciplinesAble to plan and manage their own workload and schedulesIT literate – ideally MS Project, but not essentialAmbitious, driven, and ready to take ownership of large-scale workWhat’s on OfferUp to £100,000 basic salary£6,000 annual travel allowanceAbove average bonus scheme25 days holiday + your birthday offPension and benefits packageHigh-profile projects and long-term pipeline of workClear progression path in a growing, well-established organisationInterested?If you’re a seasoned Electrical Project Manager looking for your next challenge in the data centre space, I’d love to have a confidential chat.
