Site Manager x2 – Prime & Super Prime Residential £60k–£75k + Benefits | LondonWe are working with two highly respected main contractors in the Prime and Super Prime residential sector seeking to appoint experienced site managers with expertise in delivering Prime Residential projects.Site Manager - MayfairA reputable and expanding main contractor specialising in prime residential projects to £15m.Seeking a Site Manager to run a £1m refurbishment and fit out of a 2 bed apartment in Mayfair. This is a particularly nice project with ultra high spec finishes. Starts on site in September.Site Manager - EmbankmentMain contractor with a strong portfolio of high end residential refurbishments across London’s prime postcodes. They have been established for many years but are successfully transitioning into taking on larger projects (£2m-£10m) having traditionally focused on work in the £1m-£2m range.
