Senior/Associate Town Planner (Dublin Relocation) Location: DublinSector: Town Planning ConsultancyLevel: Senior or Associate LevelI am working exclusively with an established and highly regarded planning consultancy based in Dublin is seeking a Senior or Associate-level Planner to join their team. The company works across a wide variety of sectors including, infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and industrial, with growing activity in the renewables and energy sectors.This role is ideal for someone with strong technical planning knowledge, experience managing projects end-to-end, and the ability to confidently liaise with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage and deliver a range of planning projects from inception to completionPrepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and planning appraisalsEngage in development plan submissions and strategy workCoordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and provide strategic advice to clientsMaintain high standards in written reports and communicationsEnsure projects are delivered on time and to budgetRequirements:Degree (IPI or RTPI accredited) in Town Planning or equivalentApprox. 5+ years of experience in planning consultancy or a related environmentDemonstrated ability to manage planning projects independentlyStrong written, verbal, and organisational skillsA proactive, solutions-oriented approachExperience in energy or infrastructure sectors would be a strong advantage but not essentialWhat’s on Offer:Competitive salary & bonus schemeExposure to a diverse and growing project portfolioExpenses & CPD professional membership fees fully coveredCollaborative and supportive working environmentHybrid working optionsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy and contribute to impactful projects shaping Ireland’s built and natural environment.If this sounds like the right fit for you, get in touch!
