Host/Hostess & Membership Sales Representative - Luxury Brand - London

We are recruiting for a proactive and sales driven Host/Hostess & Membership Sales Representative to join a luxury retail brand in their West London showroom. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys client interaction, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service and driving in-person membership sales.Your designated workdays will be Wednesday to Saturday working 40 hours per week, with occasional Tuesdays scheduled as needed.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Engagement & Membership Promotion:Confidently present and promote the brands memberships in person, explaining benefits and helping guests complete their registration on-site.Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and patience.Grow the Membership and the VIP Club by selling the services to prospects in the showroom.Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high energy and enthusiasm throughout the event.Guest Check-In:Efficiently scan and check-in guests at the entrance of the event venue.Greet each guest with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression.Verify the identity of clients and ensure access is granted only to eligible invitees.Maintain a smooth flow of guest entry, even during high-traffic periods.Event Coordination:Collaborate with the event team to coordinate the check-in process and manage guest flow.Assist with crowd management, ensuring a safe and organised environment.Communicate any event-related updates or changes to guests as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDisplay a professional and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills to manage guest lists and coordinate check-in processes efficiently.A friendly and customer-focused approach, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Dependable and punctual, able to commit to scheduled shifts.Proficient in spoken and written English.
