Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform across the EMEA region. The role will be critical in supporting sales, operations, and project delivery teams by ensuring Salesforce is configured, maintained, and leveraged to deliver maximum business value.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Salesforce across EMEA, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions and security.Maintain data integrity through regular audits, de-duplication and validation processes.Build and optimise workflows, validation rules, flows and automation to support business processes.Design and maintain reports and dashboards for various teams, ensuring actionable insights.Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.Manage integrations with third-party systems and support future integration projects.Deliver end-user training, guidance and documentation to increase adoption and best practices.Monitor platform performance and proactively recommend improvements.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, implementing where beneficial.Qualifications & Experience2–4 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a multi-region or global business.Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Admin certification desirable.Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, workflows, flows and automation tools.Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills.Experience supporting integrations (e.g., DocuSign, Pardot, HubSpot) is a plus.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
