Site Merchandising Assistant

Looking for a Merchandising Assistant for a contract role in our client's office in London.Rate - £120-£130 per day (PAYE)Duration - until October (3-4 days in office)Job PurposeAs a Site Merchandising Assistant, you'll support the digital merchandiser in ensuring an innovative & exciting consumer experience through a balance of art & commerce. You will implement and execute innovative merchandising strategies set by the Digital Merchandisers and Visual Merchandising team, be responsible for site maintenance in line with the Brand vision and commercial objectives of the business.ResponsibilitiesReviewing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis to understand customer needs across different markets, identifying opportunities for growthRun and review bestsellers between on and offline, highlighting any shortages in stock, size availability and content missingDrive sales through regular product merchandising and the optimisation of categories, filters and on site searchUnderstand sales and engagement trends from trading team, covering all key digital metrics to reflect in terms of site merchandisingKey contact for asset tracking, ensuring that links are joined with products merchandised in relevant pages for emails, home and landing page in collaboration with digital marketing teamAssist merchandiser with buy prep, noting commercial grading 'styling callouts during brand presentations in marketExecute site merchandising, reviewing projects to be pushed through 'signed off with merchandiser and visual merchandisingResponsible for uploading all correct product attribution and product facetsImplement 'complete the look' recommendations in time for monthly products launchDelivering a customer experience with accuracy and consistency through frequent site checksPERSONAL PROFILEExperience in similar role in site merchandisingPrevious experience with Web Analytics toolsExperience using various CMS and PIM tools; knowledge of Fredhopper a plus.Accuracy, great attention to detailAnalytical, good numerical skillsStrong excel skillsGood communication skills and teamwork
