WHOLESALE OPERATIONS ASSISTANTWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role will be order loading, with additional administrative support tasks to assist our Wholesale Operations team.Key Responsibilities:Order Loading and Management:Accurately and efficiently load customer orders into our system.Monitor and track orders to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any order-related issues.Customer Service:Manage B2B client accounts and provide support as needed.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.Administrative Support:Assist in preparing weekly reports.Support the UK & Travel Retail Sales Operations Planning.Help with the onboarding of new accounts and ensuring vendor compliance.Provide general administrative support to the Wholesale Operations team as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Skills:1-2 years experienceStrong organizational and prioritization skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic understanding of order processing and customer service principles is a plus.Personal Attributes:Proactive and eager to learn.Strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to use initiativeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
