We are thrilled to partner with a dynamic, London-based property consultancy comprised of Chartered Surveyors who share a passion for the built environment. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a qualified and RICS Registered Valuer to join their expanding Valuation Team, working across both residential and commercial property sectors.Location: London Bridge (covering all of London)Reporting to: Founder and OwnerThe Valuation Team specialises in providing Red Book valuations for loan security and collaborates with a wide range of lenders. Typical assignments include valuations of flats, houses, multi-unit blocks, HMOs, commercial properties (with or without residential units above), and development consultancy projects.RequirementsMRICS / RICS Registered ValuerMinimum 2 years PQEKey ResponsibilitiesUndertake valuations of diverse commercial and residential propertiesPrepare Red Book valuations for loan security and regulatory purposesAdvise property owners on redevelopment opportunitiesConduct development appraisals and understand town planning considerationsPrioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines efficientlyDeliver accurate, detailed reports with exceptional attention to detailExercise discretion and professionalism in all dealingsPrepare ad-hoc advice within tight timeframesComplete valuation tasks for review with senior colleaguesTrack valuations and associated fees, identifying profitability and growth opportunitiesPresent monthly figures and forecast targetsExplore and propose new valuation business verticalsSalary & BenefitsUp to £90,000 (dependent on experience)Performance-based bonusStatutory pensionCycle-to-work scheme
