Senior Project Manager/Project Director

Kenna Recruitment have partnered with a leading name in the fit out sector who are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to deliver a landmark £40–£50 million CAT B fit out project in London.This is a flagship scheme for a blue-chip client and offers the chance to play a pivotal role in delivering one of the capital’s most high-profile workplace transformations.The RoleLead the successful delivery of a major CAT B fit out project from inception through to handover.Oversee all project phases: planning, programming, procurement, subcontractor management, delivery, and close-out.Ensure quality, safety, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.Act as the client’s senior point of contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Provide leadership and direction to a high-performing project team.Support work winning activities and contribute to tender submissions, presentations, and client engagement.Requirements:Proven track record of delivering large-scale CAT B fit out projects (£20m+).Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide delivery teams.Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.Client-facing, with first-class communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience working with a Tier 1 or leading fit out contractor is highly desirable.Experienced in Pre-construction, tendering, and work winning activities with the ability to present to clients and secure projects.What’s on OfferThe opportunity to lead a landmark £50m project in London.A key leadership role with a market-leading fit out contractor.Competitive salary package with strong benefits - up to £160k +bonus Long-term career prospects within a business renowned for delivering iconic workplace projects.If you are a Senior Project Manager looking for a step up or an established Project Director ready to take on a career-defining challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
