They specialise in all types of commercial buildings with a particular focus on hotel projects.They are now looking to appoint an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a site-level management role offering excellent career development and the opportunity to take ownership of major projects from estimate through to completion.The Role:As a Mechanical HVAC Project Manager, you will:Lead and manage projects on-site, particularly within the hotel sectorLiaise with HVAC trade contractors, electrical contractors, and main contractors to ensure smooth project deliveryTake projects from pre-construction and estimation through to handover and completionOversee quality, cost, and programme to deliver results to the highest standardBe customer-facing and represent our client as the key point of contact on siteAbout You:We’re seeking someone who is:Ambitious, professional, and confidentCustomer-oriented with a strong focus on quality and deliveryExperienced in all aspects of HVAC services including air conditioning, ventilation, heating, pipework, sanitary and drainageKnowledgeable in project management, cost management, procurement, and contract negotiationsAble to multi-task across projects at varying stagesDesired Skills:HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering/Building ServicesExperience managing large-scale hotel or commercial projectsEstimating and budgeting capabilityStrong site-level management experienceWhy Join?This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established and successful contractor in a key role with real progression.
