About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor seeking to progress their career. The ideal candidate will have experience across a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant matters, freehold commercial acquisitions, overage provisions, site acquisitions, wayleave agreements, promotion agreements, Section 106 agreements, conditional sale agreements, and airspace leases. Candidate Requirements They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with at least 3 years PQE+ and that possess a solid background in developing business.
