We are currently seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to join the team.The firm oversees a diversified portfolio spanning office, logistics, retail, residential, and mixed-use assets, with operations in key international markets. With a hands-on ownership approach, it focuses on enhancing value through active asset management, leasing initiatives, repositioning, and selective development.Job SummaryThis role involves supporting the financial underwriting and strategic decision-making for a dynamic real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for detailed financial modelling, scenario analysis, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and valuation processes across various assets and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with asset and development managers to maintain detailed underwriting modelsPerform complex financial analysis and scenario-based valuationsModel the impacts of leasing, operations, and capital expenditure on asset returnsTrack actual performance against budgets and forecastsPrepare supporting materials for quarterly valuationsMaintain market and industry data, summarising insights for internal stakeholdersPrepare and present market research to support investment and asset decisionsCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will bring:Exceptional analytical and modelling capabilities (Excel and PowerPoint essential)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentA high level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Argus (DCF and Developer) is strongly preferredExperienceBackgrounds in real estate investment, valuation, development, or advisoryIf you would like to learn more before applying, please feel free to email me directly with your CV:Jack.wyke@
