This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of residential transactions while enjoying hybrid working and clear prospects for career development.Key Responsibilities:Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Draft and review contracts, deeds, and legal documents with precision.Conduct Land Registry applications and title checks.Advise clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT).Handle shared ownership and new build purchases.Liaise effectively with estate agents, lenders, and other professionals to progress transactions smoothly.Your Profile:✔ 1-6 years' experience in residential property conveyancing.✔ Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced paralegal qualifications desirable but not essential.✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.✔ Confident communicator with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.What's In It for You:
