The department is growing and presents excellent progression prospects for ambitious lawyers.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with around 2-4 years’ PQE to take on a varied and interesting caseload within a supportive and well-respected team.You will handle a range of high-value and complex residential property matters including:Sales and purchases of prime London and country propertiesLeasehold and freehold transactionsRefinancing and secured lendingTransfers of equity and declarations of trustTitle investigations and drafting bespoke reportsThe successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with senior colleagues, build relationships with an established client base, and contribute to the continued success of the team!Key ResponsibilitiesRunning your own caseload of residential property matters with plenty of training and support in place Assisting partners and colleagues on complex transactionsBuilding and maintaining excellent client relationshipsParticipating in marketing and business development initiativesStaying up to date with relevant legal developmentsThe Ideal Candidate2-4 years’ PQE in residential property law from a reputable City or West End or Regional law firmExperience dealing with HNW individuals and complex transactions would be advantageous Excellent attention to detail and communication skillsA proactive, client-focused approachA strong team player, willing to contribute to the firm’s culture and ethosBenefitsThe firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous holiday allowance, private medical insurance, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
